L'histoire des biotechnologies appliquées à la procréation est une succession inextricable de conquêtes techniques et d'innovations morales : les interventions médicales sur la procréation ont été concomitantes à la démarche consistant à « juger la vie ». Comment le droit et la médecine ont-ils tenté de forger des outils pour juger de l'opportunité et de la qualité de la vie des enfants à venir ?
